This confidentiality policy defines and informs you of the way in which NEU-JKF uses and protects the information that you provide to us when you use this site which can be accessed via the following URL: https://neujkf-fevi.com/global/en (hereinafter the “Site”).

This confidentiality policy may be reviewed at any time by NEU-JKF, notably in order to comply with any legal, statutory, jurisprudential or technological developments. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), NEU-JKF will inform you of the following points:

The purpose of the data processing is:

3. Data protection officer

The SFPI Group has introduced a GDPR accountancy procedure and has appointed the Process Management Director Stéphane COUSIN as data protection officer (DPO). His appointment was made official with the CNIL on 25 May and bears the reference DPO-13345. It represents the entire Group and its subsidiaries and in particular NEU-JKF

4. Recipients

NEU-JKF will be the sole recipient of your Personal Information. This information will never be passed on to a third party notwithstanding the authorised subcontractors called upon by NEU-JKF. 7. Response times

NEU-JKF undertakes to respond to your requests for access, correction or opposition or any other requests for additional information within a reasonable period not exceeding 1 month from receipt of your request.

8. Authorised service providers and transfers to third countries outside the European Union

NEU-JKF will inform you that it works alongside authorised service providers in order to facilitate the collection and processing of the data that you have provided. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and will receive the collected data following validation of their commitment to be GDPR compatible.

9. Complaints presented to the competent authority

If you consider that NEU-JKF is not respecting its obligations relating to your Personal Information, you may present a compliant or request to the competent authority. The competent authority in France is the CNIL.
